I don't post parcels very often, but every time I've asked their advice they have tried to upsell me or confuse me. And don't get me started on the man at the back of the shop charging £1.50 cash only to print a label. Scammy vibes and very rude. Print your own labels at the local library up the road for a fraction of the price.
